Peter is a Partner at eCom Advisors and provides our clients with a unique perspective on e-commerce-coupling executive leadership at a top 10 bank with 18 years of financial services, people, process, and technology experience. Additionally, as a recognized speaker on ecommerce and CRM related topics, Peter partners with our clients in developing customer-centric sales, marketing, and customer service strategies and solutions.

Prior to joining eCom Advisors, Peter served as a Senior Vice President of Citizens Bank—the #8 retail bank in the U.S. At Citizens, Peter managed a $30 million budget and was responsible for 1.5 million online banking customers and the bank's web and phone banking sales channels, representing $2 billion in annual sales.

Prior to Citizens, Peter spent 15 years as a consultant, delivering integrated people, process and technology solutions for clients such as Citizens Bank, Federated Investors, Fleet Financial, HP, Liberty Mutual, Mass Mutual, MasterCard, Microsoft, New England Financial, New York Life, Siebel, State Street Research, Verizon and several early and mid-stage companies.

Peter holds an MBA degree from Babson College, and earned his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from Syracuse University. He has also completed Executive Education at MIT Sloan School.
